Haven’t had an “I love my puppy” post in a while. So here goes.
Like I need a reason to post pictures of Penny. Pssch.

At Sariah’s bachelorette party!! I’m so excited to be a bridesmaid in her wedding. Begin the three week countdown!

After, motha fuckasss:

This is the face of a very happy girl.

This was like a week and a half ago. I don’t even remember what my hair looks like anymore… Baha. This injury is seriously cramping my style. Damn you broken wrist! I just want to be able to straighten my hair again!

Sooooooo… guess who got thrown off her horse today and broke her wrist?
This girl!
Lemme just tell you guys- do you know how fucking difficult it is to do ANYTHING with one hand?! Washing your hair, clasping your bra together, wrapping a towel around your wet hair, cooking food… you name it, I failed at it today.
I just can’t wait till I get back in the saddle. Literally, haha. Guess I’ll be doing some serious neck reining until this splint is off.
PS- please excuse the appearance. Clearly I can add blow-drying my hair and applying make up to the list of things that are difficult to do. I didn’t even bother trying today because it hurt too much. I am going to look super hot these next couple weeks.

This is Cha Cha. She’s not my horse, but she’s the closest thing I’ve got to it. Thought I’d snap a quick picture with her after working at the barn (please excuse the nasty appearance).
Maybe one day I’ll actually have a picture like this with a horse that’s actually mine. A girl can dream, right?

Guys.
I wore braided pigtails in public today. Granted, it was just for a sweaty work day at the barn but still.

I’ve decided to bring them back in style. Just you wait- it’ll happen.

It’s this girl’s birthday in one week (technically one week and one day).
Athens, get ready. The bad decision partners in crime are coming for ya.

Ever wonder why you don’t see my other dog? This series of pictures perfectly depicts why.
First picture, Maddie’s not too pleased but she’s ok.
Second picture, we’ve been spotted.
Third picture, Penny photobomb.
Fourth picture, Penny takes it upon herself to remove Maddie from the frame.

I’ll always love this picture. You know, it’s funny- my old next door neighbor always used to say she could hear little 7 year old me singing and swinging in my backyard for hours. Guess some things never change.
